Bertioga downtown has a wide range of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies and shops. Distances are short and you can access all this infrastructure on foot.

The best way to get to Bertioga is by car. But you can also use buses departing from Santos, São Paulo or Mogi das Cruzes. For those from Guarulhos or São Paulo by plane, you can use a rental car or even Uber.

To get around Bertioga, you can walk to several places if you are staying in the city center. There is also an option for buses and drivers by app, such as Uber.

Bertioga is a small town, so don't expect a lot of Uber cars like in big cities.

BED AND BATH LINEN: Our apartment has PILLOWS and BLANKETS.

* OPTIONAL: We can provide them, if previously agreed. An additional fee will be charged, which must be agreed directly with us, after booking. ATTENTION: this must be agreed in advance. For last minute bookings, we cannot provide them.

CEILING FAN: We have ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room.

KITCHEN: Our kitchen is fully equipped! We have a stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender. There are also dishes, glasses, cutlery, pans, ovenproof dishes and several other household items and utilities, so that your stay is completely comfortable.

WATER PURIFIER: We have a water purifier in the kitchen! This allows for practicality, comfort and economy! Have plenty of pure and crystal clear water for cooking and making that coffee.

LIVING ROOM: Living and dining room, with fans.

CLEAN ENVIRONMENT: The apartment does not have carpet. With less exposed fabrics, we make the environment cleaner and with less impact on people with any sensitivity or allergies.

PARKING SPACE: We have 1 covered parking space. Should you need additional spaces, there are private parking lots nearby.

CONDOMINIUM INFRASTRUCTURE

In addition to the comfort inside the apartment, our guests will have access to excellent infrastructure in the condominium:

The condominium has many attractions for guests to use:

- We have beach service, where 1 umbrella and 4 chairs are provided. They are usually set up in front of the building. In exceptional cases, they may not be set up. However, they are available upon request at the concierge;

- 1 parking space;

- Adult and children's pool (closed for cleaning on Mondays);

- Games room.

- The condominium has a sauna and gym, but they are not currently available for guest use, so we do not advertise these items in the advertisement.

ATTENTION: Our accommodation is in a "Residential" condominium. Although it offers many amenities, it is not a hotel. There are no hotel services, such as breakfast or room service.

BED LINEN: Bed linen and bath towels can be provided upon request. There is a cleaning fee. This must be arranged in advance.

- SECURITY: There are security and control measures in place for guests entering this private property: Registration details for all guests will be requested after your booking is confirmed. (Full name, ID, date of birth and vehicle details). The guest responsible for the booking must send a legible photo of their ID (ID or driver's license).
