Our apartment has 2 bedrooms (1 suite), living room and kitchen, totaling 75m². Condominium facing the sea and overlooking the beach. Balcony enclosed with glass and barbecue.

PETS: We love pets and we know how special they are. However, we DO NOT accept pets in this apartment. If you need them, contact us and we can recommend our units that do accept them. A fine of 50% of the total rental price will apply in case of non-compliance.

WIFI: High-speed Internet dedicated to our apartment.

BALCONY: Equipped with a barbecue, sink, closet, table and chairs.

SUITE: The suite accommodates 1 couple. We have a standard double box bed.

BEDROOM 2: Our second bedroom accommodates 3 people. 1 bunk bed + 1 extra bed. We can accommodate 2 more people with single mattresses.

LIVING ROOM: We have a Smart TV, sofa and dining table.

BED AND BATH LINEN: Our apartment has PILLOWS and BLANKETS.

* Bed linen and bath towels ARE NOT INCLUDED.

* OPTIONAL: We can provide them, if previously agreed, for an additional fee. ATTENTION: this must be arranged in advance.

AIR CONDITIONING: We have air conditioning units in the 2 bedrooms and in the living room.

KITCHEN: Our kitchen is fully equipped! We have a stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker with three hearts capsules, blender, juicer, rice cooker and popcorn maker. There are also dishes, glasses, cutlery, pans, ovenproof dishes and several other household items and utilities.

WATER PURIFIER: We have a high-quality water purifier! Pure and crystal clear water, free of chlorine, strange odors and impurities.

SERVICE AREA: We have a washing machine, iron and clothesline.

CLEAN ENVIRONMENT: The apartment does not have carpets. With fewer exposed fabrics, we make the environment cleaner and with less impact on people with any sensitivity or allergies.

PARKING SPACE: We have 2 parking spaces.

- LOCATION: The beach is excellent for swimming. In addition, we have complete infrastructure nearby, with options for bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, bakeries. Our condominium is less than 10 minutes from Riviera de São Lourenço.

- SECURITY: There are security measures and control of guests who will enter this private property: Registration data for all guests will be requested after your reservation is confirmed. (Full name, ID, date of birth and vehicle information). The guest responsible for the reservation must send a legible photo of their ID (ID or driver's license).

- Before check-in, it is also necessary to submit a completed form with the guest's details;

- This apartment is in a residential condominium. From 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., we must maintain silence, avoiding noise or sounds that may disturb the peace and well-being of the other residents of the condominium.

Our building is just a few meters from the beach and our apartment has a beautiful sea view.

A barbecue is also available on the balcony. The condominium has a beautiful swimming pool that can be used by guests.
