LIVING ROOM: We have 2 single sofa beds. We have a high-quality Smart TV.
BEDDING AND BATH LINEN: Our apartment has PILLOWS and BLANKETS. * Bed linen and bath towels are NOT INCLUDED. * OPTIONAL: We can provide them, if previously agreed, for an additional fee. NOTE: this must be agreed in advance.
AIR CONDITIONING: We have air conditioning in both bedrooms.
CEILING FAN: We have ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room.
KITCHEN: Our kitchen is fully equipped! We have a stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker with three hearts capsules, blender, juicer, rice cooker and popcorn maker. There are also dishes, glasses, cutlery, pans, ovenproof dishes and several other household items and utilities.
WATER PURIFIER: We have a high-quality water purifier! Pure and crystal clear water, free of chlorine, strange odors and impurities.
SERVICE AREA: We have a washing machine, iron and clothesline.

- SECURITY: There are security measures and control of guests who will enter this private property: Registration data for all guests will be requested after your reservation is confirmed. (Full name, ID, date of birth and vehicle information). The guest responsible for the reservation must send a legible photo of their ID (ID or driver's license).

- Before check-in, it is also necessary to submit a completed form with the guest's details;

- This apartment is in a residential condominium. From 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., we must maintain silence, avoiding noise or sounds that may disturb the peace and well-being of the other residents of the condominium.
