Our apartment has been recently renovated! It is located on the seafront in the Helbor Atlantis condominium.

Check out the main features:

In addition to everything having been carefully planned to provide maximum comfort during your stay, all of this makes our apartment even more special: - SEASIDE. Leave the condominium, cross the street and you will be on the beach; - BEACH SERVICE. Do you want more comfort than that? Each apartment has 1 umbrella and 4 chairs on the beach. In the apartment, we have additional chairs. In addition, there is complimentary ice at the reception; - SMART TV: Our TVs also support the main streaming services! - ADULT AND CHILDREN'S POOL: We love the sea, but we also love swimming pools! - LOCATION: The beach is excellent for swimming. In addition, we have complete infrastructure nearby, with options for bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, bakeries. - SECURITY: There are security measures and control of guests who will enter this private property: Registration data for all guests will be requested after your reservation is confirmed. (Full name, ID, date of birth and vehicle details). The guest responsible for the reservation must send a legible photo of their ID (ID or driver's license). - Before check-in, it is also necessary to submit a completed form with the guest's details; - This apartment is in a residential condominium. From 10:00 pm to 8:00 am, we must maintain silence, avoiding noise or sounds that may disturb the peace and well-being of the other residents of the condominium.

Our apartment is unique! Renovated in December/2023. Everything was carefully thought out for our use and to share with our guests. We love to enjoy life with comfort, well-being and safety!

We love to enjoy the beach, the pool and when we get home, we like to have a barbecue and drink a good wine. If you like all of this, our apartment is for you! If you prefer to relax watching a good movie or series, you will feel right at home.

WIFI INTERNET: Our internet is high speed!

GOURMET BALCONY: Our balcony is equipped with a barbecue, sink, closet, table and chairs. We have a beautiful view of the sea.

SUITE: The suite accommodates 3 people. It has a double bed. Underneath this bed we have an auxiliary bed. This bed is safe for babies, as it is protected on both sides, with the wall on one side and the side of the double bed on the other. The bathroom in the suite has a shower with excellent water pressure and is also equipped with a bidet.

BEDROOM: Our second bedroom sleeps 4 people. We have 2 twin beds, which when joined together form a queen-size double bed. Below each bed, we have another extra bed. The extra beds are safe for babies, as they are protected on both sides, with the wall on one side and the side of the double bed on the other.

BED AND BATH LINEN: Our apartment has PILLOWS and BLANKETS. * Bed linen and bath towels are NOT INCLUDED. * OPTIONAL: We can provide them, if previously agreed. An additional fee will be charged, which must be agreed directly with us, after booking. ATTENTION: this must be arranged in advance. For last-minute bookings, we cannot provide them.

CEILING FAN: We have ceiling fans in the bedrooms, living room and balcony.

CURTAINS AND BLINDS: For maximum comfort during your rest, we have curtains in the living room, allowing you to darken the room even during the day. In the bedrooms, the blinds allow you to darken the room.

KITCHEN: Our kitchen is fully equipped! We have a stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, three-hearts capsule coffee maker, blender, mixer, fruit juicer. There are also dishes, glasses, cutlery, pans, ovenproof dishes and several other household items and utilities, so that your stay is completely comfortable.

WATER PURIFIER: We have a Soft water purifier from Everest! Pure and crystal clear water, free of chlorine, strange odors and impurities. This allows for practicality, comfort and economy! Have plenty of pure and crystal clear water for cooking and making that coffee.

LIVING ROOM: We have a sofa bed that can accommodate 1 couple.

SERVICE AREA: We have a washing machine, iron, ceiling and floor clothesline.

CLEAN ENVIRONMENT: The apartment does not have carpets. With fewer exposed fabrics, we make the environment cleaner and with less impact on people with any sensitivity or allergies.

PARKING SPACE: We have 2 covered parking spaces. If you need additional spaces, there are private parking lots nearby.

CONDOMINIUM INFRASTRUCTURE In addition to the comfort inside the apartment, our guests will have access to excellent infrastructure in the condominium: 1) Beach service with umbrellas, chairs and complimentary ice; 2) Adult and children's pool; 3) Fully equipped game room; 4) Kids' area; 5) Wi-Fi in the pool; 6) TV room.

The condominium has many attractions for guests to use:

- We have a beach service, which provides 1 umbrella and 4 chairs. They are normally mounted in front of the building. In exceptional cases, they may not be mounted. But they are available upon request at the reception;

- Complimentary ice. Just ask the concierge;

- 2 parking space;

- Adult and children's pool;

- Games room.

- Toy library;

- TV room;

- The condominium has a sauna and gym, but they are not currently intended for guest use, so we do not disclose these items in the advertisement.

PLEASE NOTE: Our accommodation is in a "Residential" condominium. Despite offering many amenities, it is not a hotel. There are no hotel services, such as breakfast, room services.

BED LINEN: Bed linen and bath towels can be provided upon request. There is a cleaning cost. It needs to be arranged in advance.
